TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — Pima County Attorney Laura Conover and the Arizona State bar have agreed after a longtime former prosecutor questioned her conduct in the Louis Taylor case.

Louis Taylor was in jail for decades for allegedly starting the Pioneer Hotel fire in December of 1970.
